PhD Admission: The University of Delaware is offering PhD positions in Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) Design. These positions provide an opportunity for students to pursue doctoral studies in the field of Analog IC Design. The program focuses on advanced research and education in designing integrated circuits for various applications.

The Analog Mixed-Signal and Photonic Integrated Circuits (AMPIC) Lab at the University of Delaware has several and openings for PhD students in Analog IC Design starting Fall 2024. We are seeking PhD students for cutting-edge research projects on the following topics:

• High-speed CMOS integrated circuit design for Optical

• Interconnects (SERDES, Data converters, TIAS)

• Photonic Integrated Circuit Design

• W-band mmWave Integrated Circuit Design

The position requires candidates with an aptitude for integrated circuit design and a strong work ethic and desire to learn. Qualified candidates are welcome to apply for the positions by mailing their CVs to Dr. Vishal Saxena (vsaxena@udel.edu)।using the subject "Prospective PhD Student" More information on research can be found at:
